This article explains how to log in to your BrandWorx AI account, access your dashboard, and resolve common login issues.
Step 1: Go to the BrandWorx AI Login Page
Use the login link provided in your welcome email or navigate to https://app.brandworx.ai
👉 Tip: Bookmark the login page for faster access in the future.
Step 2: Enter Your Login Credentials
On the login screen, enter:
Email address associated with your account
Password you created during setup
Then click Log In.
If your credentials are correct, you’ll be taken directly to your BrandWorx AI dashboard.
Step 3: Accessing the Correct Account (If You Have More Than One)
If you have access to multiple accounts or locations, you may be prompted to select which account you want to access after logging in.
Simply click the correct account to continue.
Forgot Your Password?
If you can’t remember your password:
Click Forgot Password? on the login screen
Enter your email address
Check your email for the reset link
Create a new password and log in again
👉 Note: Password reset emails may take a few minutes to arrive. Be sure to check your spam or promotions folder.

Double-check spelling and capitalization
Make sure you’re using the correct email address
Try resetting your password

Refresh the page

Try a different browser (Chrome is recommended)
❌ Not Receiving the Password Reset Email
Check spam/junk folders
Wait 5–10 minutes
Confirm the email address is correct
❌ Account Access Removed
If you previously had access but can no longer log in, your user permissions may have changed. Contact your account administrator or BrandWorx support for help.
